It's possible? Textures with independent coords

If you increase the size of the model, then the texture scale remains the same

It is possible with a specific shader that will ignore the mesh uv coords

No texure coordinates are used to blit the texture on faces.
This is how 3D objects works on any graphic card.
To override this you must code a shader that change the wanted behavior and uv coords calculation
